Samsung Touts Wireless TV Players

Are you ready for TV on the go? Of course, I am. That's why I definitely was suffering from a little gadget envy after checking out Samsung's array of DMB (Digital Media Broadcast) players on display here at CES. Right now they are only available in Korea.

One I'd love to see come stateside is the slim DMB-T750 portable receiver, which allows you to watch television shows wirelessly throughout the house. This terrestrial digital media broadcast system has a 7-inch LCD display, but also plays MP3 files, has nice photo album functionality (for showing off your CES snapshots),  a handle for carrying it anywhere, and a SD/MMC slot for memory cards. You also have the option of using its kick-back stand for desktop viewing or hang it on the wall if you prefer to save some desk space. Its downfalls include weak USB 1.1 connectivity and a short four hour battery life.

If we had DMB technology available in the U.S, would you give this portable receiver your attention?

we'll have TV very soon on our cell phones and once the two terrestrial networks are built out we'll have some better handhelds.

Needs a USB 2.0, CF slot, composite video and DVI, ... and lose the handle. 7in. is a good size. PS. OLED would draw less power.
